I leveraged key user insights from our research partners at KRC to design an experience that addressed user concerns, sensitivities, and motivations—both for individuals with ED and their partners. The site launch prioritized intuitive navigation, structured content hubs, and guided user journeys, ensuring a seamless blend of education, reassurance, and accessibility.

Beyond the main site, I also helped oversee the design of a prelaunch landing page optimized for engagement, strategically guiding users down the sales funnel through clear interaction points, CRM signups, and tailored pathways to connect with the brand before the product even launched.
